My background
I've been working in HR for ages .. in fact I don't want to think how long, but there is little I haven't seen. One of my core values is integrity and everyone I work with will adhere to that. I will absolutely challenge individuals or business owners and enter healthy debates on the right solution, but together we will rarely get it wrong.
I have worked in a variety of industries including but not limited to food safety, pharmaceuticals, water safety, architecture, recruitment, IT software, book publishing and internet travel from a three person start-up to HR Director for the EMEA region of a Global organisation for ten years.
What I can offer
I believe the secret to any good consultant is the ability to listen effectively and understand what your real issues are. I pride myself on building strong relationships, so will always take the time to understand your people and your culture so that the solutions I provide fit your needs to provide you with the best outcome. If I can't help you I will know someone who can.
How much will it cost?
I offer flexibility with either monthly retainer packages, project rates, or pay as you go . I also offer a 10% discount for charities.
