Personal Information collected:
Typically our clients are the data controllers, and AMHR acts as a third party data processor. Personal data may be provided by clients for AMHR to complete specific HR tasks. This can include, but is not limited to, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. AMHR will use the personal data to complete the specific task, and then pass the personal data to the client. AMHR will delete any local copy of the personal data once the specific HR task is completed. Please note this may be longer if dealing with legal proceedings etc. Paper copies will be destroyed, and electronic copies will be deleted.
AMHR act as a data controller for invoicing purposes. AMHR stores basic contact information about clients, employees and contractors for the purposes of invoicing and client communication.
Unsolicited personal data provided byAMHR will be deleted. Examples include speculative CVs sent by recruitment agencies.
Keeping your data secure:
Any personal information supplied to AMHR by clients or consultants is stored on a secure cloud content management and file sharing service for the duration of the task. Information may be supplied via email and be stored in a cloud based email system. Personal information will be deleted once the specific HR task has been completed.
All AMHR computer equipment is password protected and uses anti-virus software.
Disclosing your information:
AMHR will not share your information with any other organisations for marketing, market research or commercial purposes.
Your rights:
You can find out what information we hold about you, and ask us not to use any of the information we collect about you. It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. You should keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.
