Dealing with Problem Employees
Dealing with problem employees can be time consuming and energy draining. HR policies can elicit fear and employers can feel helpless to know what to do.
That's where I come in. OK, slightly tongue in cheek, but I have been called 'The Terminator' because I will tackle those individuals and either help you work with them to turn them around or more often than not help them leave your business. I offer practical generalist hr advice and have a 100% success record with this and 0 repercussions from ex-employees. I also actively help employee engagement.
